I have a batch file that I use. The batch file contains the following
information.

	Cd c:\spider\local
	Del cluster.lck
	Cd c:\spider\perl
	Perl cluster.pl

Put a short cut to this batch file in the startup folder. When windows
starts it will start the batch.

Another way to do this is using AGWPacket Engine. Since I use that to
interface the cluster to the RF side, AGW has a function to start other
programs for you as well. I have it pointing to the same batch file.

I'm sure other have different ways as well.
