[Dxspider-support] [sysops] An FCC petition

Like I said on the sysop list

It would be easy for the FCC to say:
Invoke the security features you have available on the clusters

Again down this path?

Going back to the days of old when you hold sysops responsible,
This would have never happened, at least not here in the states,
but stupid owners let their dogs run free and someone will get bit..

One more notice. Sorry if it sounds rude, but who cares FCC, when you

can go to whatever node around the globe using whatever fake call? It is
not about rules, it is about people and authentication system which is a
week part of the whole cluster network.
