Well, I offered to take over if someone could send me the scripts to
parse the FCC download package into the usdbraw format. I got no
response so I assume they may have been lost when Charlie's system
crashed. So, I have started work on my own script to parse the FCC
download into the usdbraw format. I will let the community know when it
is done.
