[Dxspider-support] usdbraw.gz now available

I have created a usdbraw.gz file from todays FCC database download. I
will work on a script to automate the process of downloading and parsing
the FCC data each Sunday, but for now, it is a manual process.

File is available at http://ftp.w1nr.net/usdbraw.gz
