[Dxspider-support] 500kHz is missing in the band list

As it is experimental, it is changing country by country, few of them:

504 - 509 kHz - US
505 - 515 kHz - US another experiment
493 - 510 kHz - Norway
501 - 504 kHz - UK
505.xx - DL/OK

I think 493-525 kHz would be appropriate.
