[Dxspider-support] sh/contest

Maybe something changes in source page... the file c2009oct.txt was not
found. SM3CER contest service has stopped its own activity. We have to
rewrite a new SH/CONTEST command to reach *WA7BNM Contest Calendar.

Dirk, can you do it?
