[Dxspider-support] Can't find Perl package "db_file"

According to the Wiki at:

    http://wiki.dxcluster.org/index.php/Microsoft_Windows_Installation#Perl

I need to install the db_file package.  I'm running:

    perl, v5.10.1 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread

but that package can't be found:

d:\language\perl\bin>ppm install db_file
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides db_file

What did I do wrong?
