[Dxspider-support] QRZ.PL rewrite

Er...

Well I (allegedly) have one as well. It isn't working for me. Sysops 
were always supposed to have a login.

Er...

I dunno what's happening.

Do a set/debug qrz and send me some output from the debug files. That 
may clear up what is going on (NOT to the list please).
