It is a message header (as in bulletins and private messages). It should 
not loop. It is sent point to point. It could be that we have found 
another weakness in the protocol. If that is so, I am bit surprised it 
has taken this long to appear.

I was getting it between 01h33 and 01h36 this morning but then it stopped.
