It is a malformed frame and should be rejected.

Hm.. US7IQZ seems to be connected to wr3d. And although it is admitting 
to being DXSpider 1.55 build 0.62 it appears to be connecting as a 
non-spider node using old PC1[5679] protocol rather than PC92.

AND he is misconfigured!

If you are on this list please check that your $mycall and $alias are 
set correctly. Guessing, I would say you have them the wrong way around.
