[Dxspider-support] Autostarting cluster in Ubuntu Server 9.10

According to the release notes, in Ubuntu 9.10 /etc/event.d/ is not  
used and the files should go in /etc/init/ instead.  I will check it  
out and revise that wiki portion as necessary.
