[Dxspider-support] what app?

Hi,
I have one user and have had another user that disconnects/connects 
every minute.
The user seems not to see talk nor mail.
Any one have an idea of what application they could be using?
The author may be have to fix something, as the users seems not aware.

There seems to be another application sending echo# stuff, what could 
that be? It fills the log with this echo# garbage so searching the log 
for user usage of commands is hardly possible.
