[Dxspider-support] Spider install in windows

The install manual I wrote was for ActivePerl 5.8.8. It did work with 
early version 5.10, but I cannot not get it working on the latest 
Activestate perl version.

There have been mails on the list which mention missing DB_file support 
in Activeperl.
