cripple mode is a good idea, I would also like to be able to see a list
of who has been in cripple mode and who is in there currently for my
cluster, preferably with ip information so that I have a way of Iding
users with issues to be able to help them out

I presume that for regesterd users with passwords cripple mode would (or
could be) be bypassed

old spots might be good, perhaps 20 minutes old would be enough, the
more hits the older they get..
No spotting allowed for users in cripple mode

there should to be a way for the sysop to reset the counters
