[Dxspider-support] Ros behaviour

  I did some network sniffing.

As soon as the ros program is started it logs on to one of the clusters 
and it stays logged on.
It does not do a logon/logoff for every spot.

Creating a cripple mode to prevent fast logon/logoff will not solve the 
ros problem.

Enabling registration and/or password authentication would help.
