http://ftp.w1nr.net/usdbraw.gz or via ftp://ftp.w1nr.net/usdbraw.gz. It
is built every Sunday at 5:00 AM. Maybe in the next couple weeks I will
get the Canadian database into it as well as updating the wiki.
