[Dxspider-support] DXMysql for DXSpider Update

Guys

While setting up the new server I have fixed dxmysql a little

Main changes are:

Auto year detect (you still have to copy the scripts to the new year folder
though!!)
Remote MySQL server (-h option)
Mysql load data LOCAL infile added as without the LOCAL is was not working
on newer mysql version

there is still alot to fix but it simple for anyone to get going

also thanks for all the replies on node connections

now to get the APRS gateway running again....
