[Dxspider-support] dupefile Problem

All,

I upgraded to the latest version of DXSpider this morning, and restarted
the system.  When it starts it now stops at:
Starting Dupe System
There is another message stating
cannot open /spider/data/dupefile file exists at /spider/perl/DXDupe.pm
line 26

Any thoughts on how I messed up the upgrade, and how to recover?
