[Dxspider-support] announce filter does not work well

Hi All

On cluster ON0DXK :
For my personal callsign I have announce filter set as follows :

accept/ann 9  by_zone 14,15,16,20
No other ann filter activated.

But I do not receive ann generated  by f.e. ON stations ( zone 14 ) on 
my own cluster where I am connected to !
Ann from zone 20 f.e. are OK.

I tried this also out  at ON0AN,OZ5BBS-7  both spider clusters.
Same result !

What  am I doing wrong ?
