[Dxspider-support] NG9R-1 going down

This Sunday evening, August 8 UTC, DX Spider node NG9R-1 will be going down
and is being replace with NG9R, a CC Cluster node. I have tried to email
those sysops of nodes connected to me, but was not able to get through to
all of them. If you still want to partner with NG9R, let me know and I will
set up your node on NG9R.
