I've this kind of error that stops spider.

I've run user_asc and update_sysop and it happens again.
I've updated source via CVS and it happens again.
I've deleted dupe file and it happens again.
I've made:
# chown -R sysop.spider spider
# find . -type d -exec chmod 2775 {} \;
# find . -type f -exec chmod 775 {} \;
and it happens again
