[Dxspider-support] IMPORTANT: WPXLOC.RAW dated 22 July 2011

I just released a new version of WPXLOC.RAW for DX Spider nodes.  You
can find out more here:

See the installation instructions here:

but instead of saving CTY.DAT, download the WPXLOC .ZIP file and
extract "wpxloc.raw" to your spider/data directory.

It is important that all nodes update to this version, as it contains
the new DXCC entity Republic of South Sudan.  Also make sure to
install the new CTY.DAT that was just released, which matches this
version, and assigns the callsign ST0R to the new entity.
