Yes, but you will need install the 64 bit version of activestate and 
then the ppm that is installed should do the correct thing and pull in 
64 bit packages: http://www.activestate.com/activeperl/downloads

I don't know which version to choose because activestate don't build 
DB_File (I don't know why). It may be that 5.12 has it built in as part 
of the core.

Alternatively, you could install strawberry perl which has many good 
reports: http://strawberryperl.com/
