I saw the same thing.  There is a VERSION callsign in the WPXLOC.RAW
file which seems to over-ride the one in the CTY.DAT county file (it's
at 0 deg latitude, 0 deg longitude).  I thought the callsign mapping
in CTY.DAT would always win.  I'm copying Dirk.

You can fix this by editing spider/data/wpxloc.raw and removing this line:

 VERSION 22-Jul-2011                                   358  0  0
0.00  0  0  0 N   0  0  0 E

Then follow the instructions as if you are updating CTY.DAT.  If you
did it right, "SH/H VERSION" should say "French Guiana, FY"

Dirk, did something change in this area, or has DX Spider always done this?
