[Dxspider-support] CTY-2116 Country Files - 05 November 2011

This is now available in CVS/git.

If you have modified any of [cty.dat, wpxloc.raw, prefix_data.pl] then 
you will need to one of the following before updating:-

If you are using CVS then:

cd /spider/data
rm cty.dat wpxloc.raw prefix_data.pl
cd ..
cvs update

if using git:

git reset --hard
git pull
