[Dxspider-support] cluster.pl requires root

The wiki starts with adding a group spider.
"chown -R sysop:spider spider"
should work.

You can also use group name sysop, in which case the command should be:
"chown -R sysop:sysop spider"


I see the wiki was changed. If you follow the steps it will not work.
