[Dxspider-support] Cluster will not start (kc2cwt-9)

It sounds like a corrupt userdb file. Try:
cd /spider/data
perl user_asc
/spider/perl/create_sysop.pl

Now start the cluster and see if it is OK.

You may also have to delete user_asc and move an older copy (user_asc.o 
or .oo etc) then run the steps above.
