[Dxspider-support] strange behaviour

Please fix your connect scripts first, verify that they are working 
correctly (with the correct callsigns) and then run update_sysop.pl.

As it stands right now you are still not connecting with the correct 
callsign.

If you are either using the console.pl program or telnet localhost 7300 
then your sysop commands will work. If you are telnetting from an 
external IP address then, without a password, they will not. This is a 
deliberate design decision.
