You probably have not done this for a while and you need a current 
version of wpxloc.raw (which is available elsewhere on the same website 
as cty.dat).

However, if you have not updated DXSpider for that long, then I 
*strongly* suggest you update the whole thing (which will bring these 
files up to date at the same). It is a very simple and painless process, 
especially if you keep up to date.
