cmd_import is used to dynamically build command files similar to the script 
directory.  The name of the file should be a callsign.  Spider will execute 
the file as though the callsign had entered it. 

One note.  the directory is checked often so it is not safe to just build a 
file into cmd_import.  The chances are that spider will check, discover, and 
try to execute it before you are finished building it.  I build it somewhere 
else and then mv it to cmd_import.  Dirk creates a link to the file in 
some other directory.

I like this clever feature.
