[Dxspider-support] SMTP Authentication

Hi Dirk

For most user I forward any mail that comes them via email but now my ISP needs authentication as they are trying to cut down on the amount of spam they now require authentication for the user on the SMTP port.

Could this function be added please also allow to be able to change the SMTP port number as they seem to be moving away from port 25 to the wish list of DXspider additions please.
