WPXLOC is out-of-date.  I need to make some changes.  If you want, try
changing "ST0" to "Z8" in the wpxloc.raw file and see if that fixes
the problem.  Otherwise, for now, don't update the DX Spider county
file.  I'll try to get a compatible WPXLOC sometime later today.
