[Dxspider-support] Centos Install notes

I have added a set of step by step instructions for setting up DXSpider
on Centos 6.x and 5.x 

These would also apply to other reasonably modern redhat based
distributions such as scientific linux, fedora and of course Redhat
Enterprise Linux 

Redhat based distros are very easy to install DXSpider on these days  

I hope it's useful, feel free to point out any errors and I welcome
suggestions for improvements or additions.

I haven't yet covered MRTG graphing or the web client but can do if
there's sufficient interest
