[Dxspider-support] Windows XP installation

I have been running Spider on multiple operating systems for years. 
Everything from from Windows 95 to linux without issue but this last weekend 
I ran into a problem with installation on a Windows XP box in a perl 
environment that I need help with.  Here is the debug:
