[Dxspider-support] /spider/src/client eating CPU

What linux distro and version are you using?

Clearly you have either inetd or xinetd running and an entry for the 
client in there. It may be an old thing that has been upgraded over time.

Have a look for the config files with /etc/*inet* and then disable the 
offending entry.
