[Dxspider-support] Spots from my node not shown in DX Summit

The node WR3D has been down for a couple of days. Any DX Spider nodes
that were attempting to connect to WR3D would exhibit a hang until the
connection times out. This is around a minute or so. It is possible that
spots were "hung" during this time.

I have removed WR3D from my crontab so I should not be hanging every ten
minutes.
