[Dxspider-support] rejecting spots for a callsign

Hi all!

I am looking for a way to reject spots for a specific call sign.
I can reject/spot <callsign>, but this will only work for my own account. I
want to reelect on a global level. On my node this call sign cannot be
spotted.

I am not looking to block this user, i am looking for this call sign to not
be spotted by anyone.

How to i achieve that?
