[Dxspider-support] Procedure to change "myalias"

* Change $myalias to whatever you want in DXVars.pm
* Stop the node
* run /spider/perl/update_sysop.pl
* Start the node
* Either "set/priv 0 <oldcallsign>" or "del/user <oldcallsign>" or just 
leave the old sysop callsign as is (maybe with a password).
