[Dxspider-support] Announcements Gone Wild!

For (at least) the past couple weeks, there have been individuals connecting
to a cluster in Japan (JH1RFM-9) and spewing bad spots and rantings via
Annoucement that is getting all over the place.

 

Isn't there anything that can be done to keep this traffic off our nodes?
