[Dxspider-support] Modify CC11 string?

I was able to get the USDB installed... and loaded. I'm starting to see the
State data come in.

Funny thing is...

My State comes up blank as a spotter. I've been licensed since 1974...
figure I would be in there - at least - with the wrong State. Hi

How recent is the one that you've got there, Mike (W1NR)?

Speaking of USDB, the government shutdown has closed the FCC FTP site so the
data file necessary for generating usdbraw is not available. I discovered
this yesterday when I noticed that the usdbraw.gz file for the past two
weeks had a size of 10 bytes. I have restored the file from the last
successful build and stopped the script from running until they start
posting the data file again. If anyone fetched the file the past two Sundays
you may want to fetch it again.

The URL is ftp://ftp.w1nr.net/usdbraw.gz

See the wiki for more information
