[Dxspider-support] Country data question

I'm getting emails from my users (of HRD) indicating that the (DXSpider)
cluster nodes they're connecting to shows every KG4 spotted call as being in
Guantanamo Bay - even though most are in the USA.
I have a cron job on my DXSpider node that keeps my country data up-to-date.
I verified that all the KG4 calls have "Guantanamo-Bay-KG4" in the country
data.
On DX Spider, the CC11 looks like this:
CC11^50125.0^KG4FET^29-Jul-2014^1839Z^^AA9RN^105^226^W9ODD^11^8^8^4^TX^WI^Gu
antanamo-Bay-KG4^Illinois-K^EM12^
On CC Cluster, the CC11 looks like this:
CC11^50125.0^KG4FET^29-Jul-2014^1839Z^^AA9RN^98^DH1TW-2^W9ODD^7^4^8^4^TX^WI^
K^K^EM12^EN63^^^32.5/97^^5036799
Question is.
How is it that CC Cluster correctly shows "K" (United States) and DX Spider
shows "Guantanamo-Bay-KG4" if they're both importing the same country data?
