[Dxspider-support] Country prefixes

I was noodling with how a CE4 station ended up being shown in our software
as "Antarctica" the other day.  I'm trying to resolve the issue.  I know
what's causing it, but I need the full list fo prefixes in order to sort
this out.

 

Where do I find it?  Can anyone provide me a list of those prefixes?
