Dirk, I sent you a preliminary version of the new file last fall, but
did not hear back from you.

You (or anyone else) can download it from here:

    http://www.country-files.com/wpxloc/wpxloc_20140213.zip

I've tested it with my local DX Spider setup, so I know it parses. I
just am not happy with some of the output, for example try these two
commands:

    SH/H CM

CM Cuba-CM: 124 degs - dist: 1938 mi, 3119 km
CM Pinar-del-Rio-CO1: 128 degs - dist: 1734 mi, 2790 km
CM Havana-City-CO2: 125 degs - dist: 1752 mi, 2819 km
CM Havana-CO3: 125 degs - dist: 1769 mi, 2847 km
CM Islas-de-Juvenfud-CO4: 128 degs - dist: 1803 mi, 2901 km
CM Matanzas-CO5: 124 degs - dist: 1791 mi, 2882 km
CM Cienfuegos-Villa-Clara-Sancti-Spiritus-CO6: 122 degs - dist: 1895 mi, 3050 km
CM Ciego-de-Avila-Camaguey-CO7: 120 degs - dist: 1958 mi, 3151 km
CM Las-Tunas-Granma-Holguin-Santiago-de-Cuba-Guantanamo-CO8: 120 degs
- dist: 2160 mi, 3476 km

    SH/H CO

CO Cuba-CM: 124 degs - dist: 1938 mi, 3119 km

(I've removed Reciprocal Heading for brevity)

The latter command does not give as much output as the former, but it
would be ideal if it could (not withstanding the long region names).
These are the little things I would like to fix. But I believe the new
file is fully-functional, and has much more data than the old one.
