[Dxspider-support] Filters and recall of last 100

I have been trying to debug an issue with a user that connects to a cluster
that has spots from all over the world.

We have a user filter running:

accept/spots by_state
on,qc,nl,nb,ns,me,pe,vt,nh,ct,ny,pa,oh,nj,ky,wv,mi,dc,va,ma

And, that works great.

However, when he connects via HRD, it does a recall of the last 50 or 100
spots.  It seems that that recall ignores the filters that are in place and
recalls the last 100 from the database.

Is that a bug or a feature?  :)
