[Dxspider-support] CTY-2410 Country Files - 13 October 2014

The server has recently been upgraded to Ubuntu 14.04. I believe this to 
be an artifact of that. I don't think it is significant.

Having looked at the code, it is a small programming issue (i.e. not 
actually an "error") which only occurs on deleted directories - but it 
is only warning and can have no detrimental effect.

But if this worries you then changing from CVS to git would (generally) 
be a good idea - and as far as I am concerned - desirable.
