[Dxspider-support] Need Help

I don't know. There isn't enough information for me to guess.

The way to deal with this is to use "update_sysop.pl". This will take 
the details that are (now) in your DXVars.pm and update - rather than 
empty and recreate - your user file with "create_sysop.pl".
