[Dxspider-support] Mailman broken at tobit.co.uk ?

I have not received any DXSpider-Support messages since 13-May-2015, a 
test message from Dirk.

Today I received a message that "membership in the mailing list 
Dxspider-support has been disabled
due to excessive bounces". There is nothing wrong with my email address, 
it is valid.

The http://mailman.tobit.co.uk/mailman/ links is the above email all 
generate 404 errors. They all get redirected to https://france.tobit.co.uk

I went to the list archive at http://www.dxcluster.org/ as see there has 
been list messages for June and July.

Since I had no way to resubscribe my old email address due to the broken 
mailman links, I sent a subscribe message using a new email address. I 
never received a confirmation email.

What is happening? Is this transient or is the list being abandoned?
