There appears to have been a long standing bug with sh/dx <call> <and 
probably anything else as well> when a node was simultaneously logging 
spots to a SQL database.

This has now been fixed and is available for update in Git/CVS. It 
should not require a restart.

The latest version of the CTY prefixes has also been added. Do a 
'load/prefix' after the update.
