[Dxspider-support] Colrdx vs telnet

Hello my friends.

I have some question about one cluster user. He tells me that cannot
connect to our node using colrdx, but no problem using telnet. The program
says "colrdx:can't connect: network is unreachable"

I don't  know anything about colrdx or how can use it. Normally connect at
node using putty or logger32 via telnet protocol on windows OS.

Any suggestions or ideas?
