[Dxspider-support] Colrdx vs telnet

Thanks Dirk.

I don't have problems to connect daily from here using no-ip domain.

The IP not likely change unless the modem restart or the internet service
fail (very frecuently on venezuela).

We can test this new address... I'm happy to do it!!
